Welcome to Sanchaya. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.

Sanchaya is a digital platform that enables photographers, artists, and creative professionals to showcase portfolios, sell digital content, and manage client bookings. To use Sanchaya, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to Sanchaya immediately.

All content uploaded by users remains the intellectual property of the original creator. By using the platform, you grant Sanchaya a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your content for the purpose of facilitating sales, marketing, and platform discovery. Users are prohibited from uploading content they do not own or have rights to use. Unauthorized use of another user's content may result in account suspension, removal of content, or legal action.

Sanchaya provides tools for creators to sell digital products and services. Pricing is set by each seller, and all transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Sanchaya does not store sensitive payment information. All sales are final unless the seller has explicitly stated a refund policy. Buyers and sellers are expected to resolve disputes between themselves, and Sanchaya bears no responsibility for such matters.

Bookings made through Sanchaya are agreements between the client and the service provider. Creators may define their own policies for cancellation, rescheduling, or refunds. Clients are encouraged to review these terms before making a booking. Sanchaya does not mediate disputes related to bookings but may intervene in the event of misconduct or platform abuse.

Users must not engage in activities that compromise the security or integrity of the platform. This includes uploading malicious content, engaging in fraudulent behavior, attempting to access restricted areas, or violating intellectual property rights. Sanchaya reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms.

The platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While Sanchaya strives for a reliable and smooth experience, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the absence of technical errors. Users agree that Sanchaya is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or technical failures.

Sanchaya may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on the platform, and continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Users who do not agree with any updated terms must discontinue use of the platform.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, specifically under the jurisdiction of the state of Karnataka. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be handled exclusively by the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
